Group of 25 Academic educators of key Universities across the EU and associated countries teaching food fraud prevention and detection at BSc, MSc, and PhD level. The group is led by UCD in Ireland, with representation from educators in Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and the UK. The group has inventoried the scope of their learning programmes and points of exchange. The group is meeting virtually 2-3 times per year.
