The 1st Social Co-Innovation Living Lab was organised by REZOS on 29–30 June 2026 at the Conference and Cultural Center of the University of Patras, as part of the EFF-CoP project and its activities dedicated to stakeholder engagement, co-innovation and upskilling.
Following a participatory and community-based approach, the Living Lab brought stakeholders together to exchange experiences, identify real-world food fraud challenges and collaboratively explore practical solutions. Participants worked in two groups through a series of interactive activities focused on challenge identification, stakeholder mapping, impact assessment and solution development.
The discussions provided valuable insights into how food fraud affects different actors across the food chain, while also highlighting potential solutions, capacity-building needs and opportunities for future action. The outcomes of both working groups were further complemented by validation feedback from EFF-CoP consortium partners who were unable to attend the event.
