🎥 The EFF-CoP Interactive Roundtable Discussion, held online on 15 May 2026, brought together experts, researchers, and EU-funded projects for an engaging exchange on “Reducing Food Waste through Innovation: Enhancing Efficiency and Sustainability in Food Systems.”
The discussion highlighted how innovation, policy, technology, and collaboration can contribute to reducing food waste across the entire food value chain — from production and processing to markets and consumers — while supporting more sustainable and resilient food systems.
A special thank you to Dr. Tassou (FOODGUARD project) and Dr. Twarogowska (BREADCRUMB project) for sharing their valuable insights, experiences, and good practices during the session.
