Petter Olsen of Nofima participated in the "Arctic Frontiers 2026: Turn of the Tide" conference, in Tromsø, Norway. He gave a a presentation entitled "What is traceability, and how can we use it to add value to seafood products?" as part of the "Traceable Fisheries for a Prepared Arctic: Technology, Governance, and Food Security" session arranged by SINTEFNord.
