EFF-CoP was represented at BEYOND Expo 2026, held in Athens, Greece, from 17 to 19 June 2026, by project partner Smart Agro Hub.

As one of Southeast Europe’s leading exhibitions focusing on technology, innovation and digital transformation, BEYOND Expo brought together researchers, entrepreneurs, businesses, policymakers and innovators to exchange knowledge and explore solutions addressing current and future societal challenges.

Through the dedicated EFF-CoP roll-up banner, visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the project, its objectives and its growing European Community of Practice. EFF-CoP’s presence at the event helped raise awareness of food fraud and food authenticity challenges, while highlighting the importance of collaboration and knowledge exchange in strengthening the integrity and resilience of European food systems.

Participation in BEYOND Expo also provided an opportunity to engage with new stakeholders from across Europe’s research and innovation ecosystem, expand the EFF-CoP network and increase awareness of the project beyond the traditional food fraud community.

EFF-CoP continues to connect researchers, industry representatives, policymakers and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and support a more secure and authentic European food system.
