EFF-CoP @ SensAIfood Final Conference

The Cost Action SensAIfood had it's final three day conference in Tirana, Albania.

On the third day Joris Boom from UCD organised a workshop for the participants, encouraging collaboration and out-of-the box thinking.

The session began with a brief introduction to EFF-CoP and some early results, followed by an energizing activity to engage all participants.

The main exercise invited participants to imagine a food fraud case in 2050 🕵️‍♂️, exploring:

1. the type of fraud and people involved 👥

2. how it could be detected 🔍

3. measures to take today to prevent it ⏳

Around 50 participants joined, producing creative, insightful 🧠, and sometimes humorous ideas - making the workshop a lively and inspiring conclusion to the conference. We wish all the participants enjoyed our Workshop as we did!
