The training program consists of 4 modules:
Module 1 - What is food authenticity
Module 2 - Food fraud: the flip side of authenticity
Module 3 - Ensuring authenticity through the value chain
Module 4 - Be an authentic food consumer
After successfully completing all activities of each module, and the quizzes with a grade of 80%, you'll receive a Certificate of Course Completion.

Consumers who want to make informed and confident food choices.
Food chain actors such as raw material producers, processors, retailers, and quality professionals who wish to strengthen their awareness of authenticity concepts and the risks that can undermine them.
