How can stronger collaboration and knowledge sharing help us better prevent and detect food fraud?

On 21 October 2026, EFF-CoP invites professionals, researchers, policymakers, industry representatives, and other stakeholders to join our upcoming online webinar dedicated to strengthening connections across the food fraud and food integrity community.

The webinar will feature Carolina Ruiz Olivos, Founder & Executive Director of INNOCUITY®, who brings nearly 30 years of experience in food safety, quality, operations, auditing, and training. Drawing on this extensive experience, Carolina will share practical insights into food protection, food integrity, food fraud, food defence, organisational culture, and operational decision-making.

Her presentation will be followed by an interactive Q&A session, offering participants the opportunity to ask questions, exchange experiences, and discuss practical perspectives on the challenges surrounding food fraud prevention and detection.

The webinar will also provide an opportunity to discover more about the EFF-CoP community and its work to connect expertise, knowledge, and experience from across Europe and beyond, supporting stronger collaboration in the fight against food fraud.
