Manual for the creation of a roleplaying chatbot for educational purposes

As part of a project on AI a group of WUR students created a manual for setting up a Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) chatbot for educational purposes. It was also applied to their food fraud course for roleplaying so that students can use the chatbots to complete the SSAFE Food Fraud Vulnerability Analysis.
