Welcome to the Spotlight on Food Fraud Café!
The European Food Fraud Community of Practice (EFF-CoP) has launched the Spotlight on Food Fraud Café. This is a casual, online meeting space to discuss the latest work in finding and preventing food fraud.
The main goal of the Café is to give early career researchers (ECRs), students and postdocs, a welcoming place to present their projects. It is a great chance to share your research, get feedback from peers, and connect with experts across Europe and beyond.
What to expect
During the regular online meetings, the program will include:
Two presentations where researchers share their current work or recent findings, often a junior and a senior.
Relevant topics, from new lab testing methods to mapping risks in the supply chain.
Time for questions, so you can get helpful feedback and brainstorm together.
Networking opportunities to easily grow your connections within the food fraud community.
Whether you want to present your own research, see what other students are working on, or just stay updated on new developments, you are very welcome to join.
