Wageningen Food Safety Research (WFSR) has extensive experience in providing (tailor-made) training in food quality and safety.


You can come to us for many types of training. Think about:- existing and new laboratory analyses for food quality and safety:

  • improving and validating analytical methods;

  • implementing quality system in the lab;

  • laboratory management and safety;

  • setting up food safety monitoring plan;

  • establishment of national laboratory system;

  • legislation based on food safety.


We supply training activities for:

  • (inter)national governements;

  • (inter)national companies in the food sector;

  • (inter)national laboratory


Our in-company training courses are fully tailored to the client's needs. Together, we create a programme in which the course content seamlessly matches the training requirement. In-company training courses can take place in WFSR's laboratories or at the customer's own premises.
